A public beach access is directly in front of the inn. We are centrally located to all area attractions. The Cypress House Inn was approved as a local historic landmark on December 10, 2007. The Town of Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners, with recommendation for approval by the Town’s Historic Preservation Commission, unanimously passed an ordinance designating the Cypress House as a local historic landmark.
