We will hold your reservation with the card that is provided. An one-night stay will be charged to your card at the time of booking. Your balance is due upon arrival.
Our cancellation policy is 7 days in advance; therefore, should you need to cancel your reservation, it would need to be done at least 7 days prior to your planned arrival. If notice is less than 7 days, your card will be charged for 50% of your total (or 1 night if reservation is for only one night) unless we are able to resale the room.
Check-in time is 3:00 – 6:00pm or later by prior arrangement. We are not always able to accommodate early check-ins, however, every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Please understand the mid-day hours are required to properly clean the Inn to be sure we are ready for guest arrival at 3:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

CANCELLATION: In the event Tenant cancels his/her reservation of the leased property and said property is not re-rented during the entire term set out above, then all rent consideration previously tendered will be forfeited by Tenant and retained by Owner. All cancellations must be in writing. If the property is re-rented, then rent, taxes and/or security deposit consideration previously tendered by Tenant will be refunded to him, less a service fee equal of $100.00, which is withheld by the Owner. The Tenant shall not assign this agreement or sublet the property in whole or part. If you have purchased trip cancellation insurance at the time of making your reservation, please refer to your policy for instructions on recovering your loss due to a cancellation.
